Adding Users to eSign Notifications

Easily enroll yourself or members of your team for email alerts whenever a new contract is signed.

eSign notifications allow users to receive email notifications once a new contract has been electronically signed. Each signed contract generates an email that includes essential contract information and a link to the associated contract.

1. In the Bushel Admin tool, click on "User Management".
2. Find the user you'd like to set up to receive email notifications and click the "Edit" link next to their name.
3. In the Edit Profile page, click the "Notify via email upon completion of eSign contracts/documents" checkbox under the notifications section.
4. Click the save button at the bottom right hand of the screen.

The selected user will now receive email notifications each time a grower has signed a contract sent by that user.

Users without Access to User Management
If you are a Bushel Admin user without access to User Management and want to enroll yourself to receive emails for contracts you send out for signature, follow these steps:

1. In the Bushel Admin tool, click on your name in the bottom lefthand corner.
2. Click "Edit Profile".
3. Under "Notifications", click the "Notify via email upon completion of eSign contracts/documents" checkbox.
4. Click the save button at the bottom right hand of the screen.
