Bushel invoices give growers access to their expense records directly from their mobile device. Read on to find answers to some common questions about this essential feature.
Where did delivery tickets go?
To preserve screen space and maintain a good user experience, delivery tickets have been removed as a standalone feature in the mobile app and Bushel Admin tool.
How do delivery tickets interact with invoices?

|Selecting the "View Detail" link displays full delivery ticket information.|
|Once a delivery ticket is processed, it will be removed from the invoices screen and its related information will be displayed on the associated invoice.|
Why can't I see my invoices?
There are a few different reasons why a user isn't able to view their invoices. First, invoices are only available to logged-in users. If they are not logged in, they will need to do so.
Second, if the option for 'Invoices' doesn't appear in the menu, it's most likely due to an outdated version of the app. Please ensure the user is using the most recent version of the app.
They can find their current version by going to 'Settings' in the app and scrolling down to the version number.
They can update it by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, searching for the grain facility's app name, and choosing 'Update.'
How far back does the invoice history go?
Invoices display up to two years of transaction history in the app (from the date of the feature's release).
How are splits displayed in the app?
Invoices only display the financial obligation of the signed-in user. If there's a shared expense, the invoice will not disclose the other party's responsibility.
Are prepaids visible on invoices in the app?
Yes - prepaid amounts are included on the invoice detail page and reflect the amount applied to the invoice. This amount could apply to each line-item product/service or the entire invoice.
Why is my invoice missing product information?
The product information comes from the line items on an invoice. If your invoice does not contain any line items (often referred to as a manual invoice), the invoice will be missing the product details section.
