Need to see what your customer's are seeing? You can now access Customer View from your desktop or mobile device.
Access from the Web Portal- Log into the Web Portal with your Bushel login credentials
- Click on the hamburger menu located on the left side of your Web Portal screen
- Select 'Customer View' and then select 'Search for a Customer' by entering the farmer's name and choosing from the list of farmers that appear
- After selecting the farmer's name, you will see exactly what your farmer sees which is useful to answer any questions that you receive from them
- When you’re ready to leave, select 'Leave Customer View' in the top blue bar to take you back to your space in the Bushel platform

Access from the mobile app
- Download your Bushel-powered mobile app from your respective app store
- Using your staff member login credentials, log into your mobile app
- Click on the hamburger menu located on the left side of your mobile device screen
- Select 'Customer View' and then select 'Search for a Customer' and enter the farmer's name, selecting from the list of farmers that appear
- After selecting the farmer's name, you will see exactly what your farmer sees within your app
- When you’re ready to leave, select the arrow to the left of 'Leave Customer View' in the top blue bar to take you back to your space in the Bushel platform
