Enable Notifications from Settings

Forget to enable notifications when you first downloaded the customer portal? Don’t miss another message! Follow these easy instructions.

Steps to turn on notifications for iPhone

1. Go to your device Settings and tap Notifications
2. Under Notifications, scroll down to Notification Style and find the app
3. Click the toggle button to the right of “Allow Notifications” to turn it green.
   1. 1. Specific notification options will now appear (e.g. alerts, banner style, sounds, badges, announce notifications, and show previews).

Select the notification type(s) you prefer by clicking the toggle buttons to the right of each preferred type. Once finished, you can close this window.

Steps to turn on notifications for Android

1. Open your device's Settings app.
2. Tap Notifications, App settings.
3. Under Most Recent, find apps that recently sent you notifications. To find more apps, tap All apps in the dropdown menu.
4. Tap the app.
5. Notifications can be turned on or off.
