How to edit an offer

The ability to edit offers is now available in the customer portal.

Once you have submitted an offer to sell grain through Bushel, you can edit the price and quantity of the offer before it begins working. This gives you more autonomy to take control of your grain sales, and self-service offers with your agribusiness.

  1. Login to your customer portal
  2. Select "My Offers" from the navigation pane
  3. Select the desired offer
  4. Select "Withdraw" to cancel your offer

  5. If you do not want to cancel your offer and solely edit it - you can do so - you can only edit the price or quantity of your offer.
  6. You can only edit an offer before it reaches a final status. Once an offer is in a final status, such as filled, they cannot edit the offer. 
    Please note that final statuses are: Filled, Cancelled, Rejected, Expired
  7. Select "Edit" to make your desired changes

  8. Select "Next"
  9. Agree to the "Terms and Conditions"
  10. Select "Submit" to complete the offer
PLEAST NOTE: If a customer has Force Care on, the offer is in a working status, and the user makes an edit to the offer, the offer WILL return to a Parked status. Meaning, a staff member will need to activate the offer. If the offer is already in a Parked status and the offer is edited, it will stay in a Parked status until a staff member activates the offer. However if your offers come in and begin working right away without needing to be activated, the same will be true when a user edits the offer.
