      How to make a payment

      Make a payment to your grain elevator/co-op for a settlement or ag retail purchase

      1. Using your login credentials, sign in to your customer portal
      2. Select the 'Payments' option within the app menu on the left side, located toward the bottom of the screen
      3. Select 'Make Payment'
      4. Enter the amount of the payment, the recipient, and notes in the 'Comments' field (please note that the 'Comments' field is REQUIRED)
      5. Select 'Next' 
      6. Review the payment details and select 'Make Payment' to complete the transaction.
      7. After completing each field, select 'Next' and double-check that all of the information is accurate
      8. To complete the transaction, select 'Submit'
      9. The details of the transaction will populate on the right side of the screen and will also be available under 'Payment History' under the 'Payments' menu
