Having problems logging into the web portal? Follow these steps to reset your password and access your account.
If you're having trouble accessing your account, you may need to reset your password. First, click the login button on the welcome screen, enter your email address and click "Continue." Next, click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field.
Confirm your email address and click "Submit." An email will send to the address you entered containing instructions on resetting your password (if you don't see it right away, please check your spam folder).
Locate the reset password email and click the "Reset password" button. You'll now be redirected to the web portal to select a new password. Enter it in the password field and confirm it. Please note the requirements when determining your new password.
When you're finished, click "Submit." A successful login will direct you to the scale ticket page of your web portal.
