The Account Not Found Report provides you with a list of farmers who were unable to log-in each day.
When a farmer logs in to your Bushel powered customer portal, they are asked to provide their phone number. Once the farmer does this, they receive a text message code to enter within the app. If the farmers phone number is not connected with their account in your accounting system, they will then be brought to the Account Not Found screen.
