If you are logged in to your grain elevator's Bushel-powered customer portal and are still unable to see a specific contract, settlement, crop type or ticket, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your grain elevator's customer portal
- Select 'Tickets' within the menu (if you're missing contracts, select Contracts and so forth)
- At the top right of your screen, select 'Clear' to remove all filters that may be turned on
