I can't see contracts, settlements, and/or tickets in my grain elevator's app

If you are logged in to your grain elevator's Bushel-powered app and are still unable to see a specific contract, settlement, crop type or ticket, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Log into your grain elevator's app
  2. Select 'Tickets' within the menu (if you're missing contracts, select Contracts and so forth)
  3. At the top right of your screen, select 'Clear' to remove all filters that may be turned on
