Easily access your customers' expense history from your white-labeled staff portal.
- To look up a grower's invoice history, begin by clicking on the "Customer Portal" link in the sidebar - this opens up the Customer View which mirrors what your farmer customers see.
- Next, click the "Search for a customer" box at the top of the screen. Enter the desired customer's phone number, name, or account ID in the search bar at the top of the screen.
NOTE: If multiple results exist, click the row containing the customer you're looking for.
3. Select Invoices in the left sidebar. Your farmers' invoices are displayed in order of when they were generated by your ERP. Click the down arrow next to each invoice to view the full details.
Invoices also display associated delivery tickets.
