What MFA/SSO capabilities does Bushel offer?

What is SSO and MFA, and how do they work with my Bushel tools?

SSO stands for single sign-on, an authentication method that lets users log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials. In Bushel’s case, SSO provides one login across all different Bushel solutions.

MFA is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password. For example, along with a password, users might be asked to enter a code sent to their email, answer a secret question, or scan a fingerprint. In Bushel’s case, this is optional for both farmers and agribusiness staff members; however, an agribusiness can enforce this and require their staff and farmers to use MFA.

How do I use MFA?

Bushel users can enable MFA login by using our "two step verification" feature. Enabling this feature will require you to enter both your password, as well as a login code sent via either email or text.

To enable MFA for your account, simply visit the Bushel Account app, select the "manage" option under "Two Step Verification", and follow the prompts to complete the setup. Once enabled, you can turn MFA off again by selecting manage and confirming that you no longer want MFA on your profile.
