What should I do if I think I have an unauthorized transaction on my Bushel Wallet account?

An “unauthorized transaction” occurs when a transaction is made in your Bushel Wallet account that you did make or did not authorize.  

Unauthorized transactions do NOT include transactions such as reversals of payments, garnishments, levies or other legal actions. An unauthorized transaction also is not a transaction in which you have provided someone access to your Bushel Wallet account (by giving them your login information, for example) and they use your Bushel Wallet account without your knowledge or permission. These are considered authorized transactions and you are responsible for all transactions made in these situations.   

In the event you discover a transaction that you believe to be unauthorized, please contact Bushel Support at 1-866-439-2888, option 1.  You should also change your password immediately.
