Why was I asked questions when I opened my account that are no longer relevant?

In order to protect against identity theft and comply with federal regulations, Bushel Wallet uses a service called Knowledge-based authentication to verify an account holder’s identity.  Knowledge-based authentication, commonly referred to as KBA, is a method of authentication which seeks to prove the identity of someone accessing a service such as a financial institution or website. KBA requires the knowledge of private information from the individual to prove that the person providing the identity information is the owner of the identity. Although these questions may not seem relevant now, it is unlikely a fraudster would have access to the answers.
